To celebrate the opening of Gilbert & George: 21ST CENTURY PICTURES exhibition at the Hayward Gallery, Gilbert & George have created a new inkwash suite ‘THE 21ST CENTURY’. Individually hand-painted by Gilbert & George, each inkwash has its own unique, vibrant characteristics, such as variation in brush strokes, ink splatters and bold drips.
Edition of 50, with each inkwash numbered and signed by Gilbert & George on 400 gsm watercolour paper.
